Breaking the Mold Starts With Believing You Belong

Ashley Newberry is the founder of BRK the Mold, a confidence movement helping people stop shrinking themselves and start stepping into the boldest version of who they are.

She’s a professional cheer director, children’s author, pageant queen, speaker, and self-proclaimed hype woman for other people’s potential.

Ashley now shares that message through everything she does:

Where It All Started

BRK the Mold didn’t begin as a brand or a movement.

It began with Ashley breaking one of her own.

For years, Ashley stood behind the curtain at pageants, zipping dresses, finding missing earrings, and whispering last-minute encouragement to contestants before they stepped on stage. She loved pageantry, but as a curvy woman, she convinced herself there wasn’t space for someone like her in that world.

Until one day she realized something powerful.

The only person truly keeping her out of the arena was herself.

So she signed up.

Six years later, she hasn’t stopped competing.

That moment became the spark behind BRK the Mold—a platform built on the belief that the limits we think exist are often the ones we’ve quietly placed on ourselves.
